About the Unit Trust - Add New Member Kit

The purpose of this Kit is to formally and correctly accept a new Member into the Unit Trust.

The Trustees must keep a record of all minutes which affect the Unit Trust.

Steps to Complete the Kit:

1. New Member completes and signs the Application Form.

2. The Trustees sign the Trustee minutes to formally accept the new Member into the Unit Trust.

3. Proudly hand the Trust Certificate to the new Unit Holder.
