| About the IT Services Agreement
If you are providing IT Services, we suggest that you protect yourself using some terms and conditions of trade. The agreement includes: (a) a scope of works for the project – as part of the document, as an annexure or a separate document incorporated by reference; (b) your fees – again as part of the document, as an annexure or a separate document incorporated by reference; (c) an approximate date for completion – again as part of the document, as an annexure or a separate document incorporated by reference; (d) additional terms of your choice or your client’s choice to override the standard terms – again as part of the document, as an annexure or a separate document incorporated by reference; (e) your obligations as the service provider; (f) your client’s obligations to you; (g) intellectual property provisions re ownership and licences; (h) limitation of liability; (i) provisions governing the use of third party materials; (j) termination and other standard provisions. |
