David has been with OIA since 1997 initially as a Systems Engineer in the Technical Service Group (TSG) and quickly moving into the Senior Systems Engineer role. From 2002 David was elevated to the Technical Service Manager role overseeing the TSG team. In 2009 he progressed into the Business Development Manager (BDM) role and continues to drive new business, sales, presales, and project planning as well as technical assistance to the team. David has overseen the gradual change from traditional IT services delivered with on premises hardware through to the evolution of cloud services for hardware and software solutions such as Microsoft Office 365, hosted servers, disaster recovery planning and integration between systems. These changes have required a dynamic view to servicing clients as they transition their traditional software packages, providing agile change to reporting, cyber security, helpdesk, and health monitoring systems.
