This practical seminar is designed for law and accounting firms preparing for the Tranche 2 AML/CTF reforms. It sets out an action plan for the period leading up to 1 July 2026, focusing on what firms need to have in place to meet their new obligations.

Presented by Fiona Halsey, a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist and a solicitor with more than 30 years’ experience, this webinar will provide a roadmap to your AML/CTF implementation, including:

• Identifying designated services;
• Establishment obligations and roles;
• Risk assessments and AML/CTF programs; and

Fiona has practised in regulatory and financial services law since 1993. She was admitted as a solicitor in 1993 before becoming a director and in-house counsel for international accounting firm EY. In 2000 she established Halsey Legal Services.

Fiona is a past national councillor of the Tax Institute. She is an owner and founder of Licensee Solutions, a well-known financial services compliance provider and is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS). She established AML Trainer earlier this year.
