Hi, Regarding my recent purchase from lawcentral.com "Letter of Demand and Draft Summons for Debt".... I posted the above papers to the person owing me money and it brought an IMMEDIATE response. The amount owed was only small, ($26.00) but I have found that working as a Private Music Teacher from my home Studio, that I am last on the list to be paid. Some customers feel that as the debt is small, that I am not going to come after them for it. I downloaded your info about how to go about collecting small debts and followed all the initial steps prior to sending the letter of demand and draft summons, e.g., reminder notices and friendly phonecalls, all to no avail, with the person in question actually telling me on the phone that he was "Too lazy" to send me the amount. I found he became highly motivated to pay the debt upon receiving the Letter of Demand and Draft Summons via registered post, person to person mail, and I received his cheque within two working days of his receiving my letter. So it cost me more to retrieve this debt than the actual debt was worth, but it was the principle. Thank you for your help in this matter. I will definitely be using your services again.
