This is a minute of the circulating resolution in which member(s) is/are authorised to inspect the books.
The Australian Security and Investments Commission (“ASIC”) require an Australian company to keep this record under the Corporations Act 2001.
“Books” of a company include: • a register • any other record of information including minutes of meetings • accounts or accounting records, however complied, recorded or stored and • a document ( as defined in s9 of the Corporations Act 2001) such as the company’s constitution ( if it has one).. |
